Information clause on the processing of personal data

 In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR"), we provide the following information concerning your personal data.

Purpose and basis of processing. We process your personal data:

1. pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, for a purpose consistent with the consent granted, provided that consent has been given;
2. pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, in order to respond to your interest in our commercial offer,
3. pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, for the purpose of concluding and performing a contract,
4. pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR, in order to comply with legal obligations arising, for example, from the Accounting Act or the Public Procurement Law,
5. pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, for the purpose of pursuing legitimate interests as a Controller or a third party, such as direct marketing, pursuing or defending against claims.

Recipients of personal data. The recipients of your data will be the following entities:

1. entities to which we have entrusted the processing of personal data on our behalf: e.g. accounting offices, IT companies, marketing agencies, temporary employment agencies, recruitment companies, courier and postal companies, etc.;
2. entities belonging to our capital group;
3. entities or bodies authorized under the law,
4. entities forming a consortium with the Administrator, for the purpose of implementing the consortium agreement.

Data retention period. Your personal data will be stored:

1. processed on the basis of consent – ​​until the consent is withdrawn,
2. processed for the purpose of presenting an offer – for the period of contract negotiation and until the end of the calendar year following the year in which you last contacted us regarding its conclusion;
3. processed for the purpose of performing the contract – until the claims arising from the contract expire;
4. processed for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations – the data processing period is specified in the relevant provisions;
5. processed for the purpose of pursuing legitimate interests – until such interests cease (e.g. limitation of claims) or until an effective objection to further processing is raised.

Data subject rights. Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

1. the right to access your data and receive a copy thereof;
2. the right to rectify (correct) your data;
3. the right to delete data where processing is not carried out to fulfil an obligation arising from legal provisions;
4. the right to restrict data processing;
5. the right to object;
6. the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Information on the right to withdraw consent. Regarding data processed based on consent, we inform you that consent is always voluntary, and if you do give it, you have the right to withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing that has already taken place.

Is the provision of personal data mandatory? Providing your data is necessary if you wish to enter into a contract with us or receive a quote. Providing your data for processing based on consent is entirely voluntary. However, if you refuse to provide it, we will not be able to send you information about our products or you will not be able to contact us via the contact form.

Information on automated decision-making, including profiling. There is no automated decision-making, including profiling, in connection with the processing of your personal data.
